Pitkin County Library
Description:
The mission of the Pitkin County Library is to enrich our community by inspiring lifelong learning and providing access to information and ideas.
We offer specific programming for Early Literacy (0-4 yrs of age), K-6 (5-12 yrs of age), Middle School (12-14), and Teens(14+). This includes but is not limited to, storytimes, arts and crafts, STEAM, book clubs, and outdoor enrichment. We partner with many local organizations, including ACES, Aspen Historical Society, Aspen Science Center, Theater Aspen, Aspen Words, Cook Inclusive, and Raising A Reader.
Activities change depending on the time of year. We divide our offerings into the school year (September - May) and summer reading (June - August).
