The Buddy Program empowers youth through mentoring experiences to achieve their full potential.
We envision a thriving community in which all members are supported and connected through meaningful relationships and experiences to achieve success.

The Buddy Program has 4 mentoring programs:
Community-based mentoring: 1:1 mentoring between an adult volunteer and a youth in our community
School-based mentoring: 1:1 mentoring between an adult volunteer and a student in their local school
Peer-to-Peer mentoring: 1:1 mentoring between a high school volunteer and an elementary or middle school student within a group setting at the Little Buddy's school
LEAD (Leadership through Exploration, Action, and Discovery): Group mentoring for teens including Outdoor Leadership classes/clubs and summer camps
