Eagle County Public Health and Environment - Healthy Families

Description:

The Healthy Families team at Eagle County Public Health and Environment offers a variety of services for pregnant people and families: The Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children; Family Connects; and the Health Care Program for Children with Special Health Care Needs. We also offer Nurse Family Partnership for Eagle County residents in the Eagle River Valley. Roaring Fork Valley community members, including Western Eagle County residents, can receive Nurse Family Partnership services through Great Expectations. All of our services are offered in English and Spanish, are voluntary, and are offered at no cost to the family.
